Quality starts from product conception. The experience gathered by Miralles’ commercial and design teams has no precedent in the market. Thousands of product launches, campaigns, promotions, a wide range of product designs and the valuable feedback received from our customers and the retail channel makes Miralles the best assessor at the definition phase of a project.

Part of our process is to ensure the optimal functionality of our designs. To that purpose we carry out static load tests and transportation tests with the product to simulate real life performance.

The next step to ensure the best product quality is to rigurously select a qualified supplier base for our raw materials (solid board, paper, inks, glues…)..

Inspection at reception of critical parametres such us grammage, calibre, rigidity and humidity of the solid board and papers, allows us to ensure that the final product will maintain optimum perfomance.

We carry out quality controls in each of our manufacturing processes (printing, finishings, laminating, die cutting , folding, gluing, co-packing), thus ensuring that our products meet all our customer requirements and that they have aesthetic (mate or shiny finishings, stampings, engravings…) and mechanical characteristics (resistence to compression - BCT) of the highest standard.

The Companies of the Miralles Group are ISO 9001 and FSC (Chain of Custody) certified, and are currently in the process of being certified according to the FSSC 22000 food safety norm.
